Return is possible, if the customer received the wrong item (s) from our end

Return is accepted only when an item must be Unused, Unscratched, and in the Original Packaging or same condition customer received at the time of delivery.

Items will not be Returned if they found damaged, scratched or used

Return of wrong item (s) will be entertained only when Original Invoice/ Receipt will be present.

Return is only accepted within 02 Days of delivery.

Items must be checked at the time of receiving an order, otherwise, Return claims will not be entertained

Items such as; AC, UPS, Burner, Rangehood, Cooking Range, cannot be checked on the spot at the time of delivery, shall be checked and complaints must be registered (if there is any) within 5 working days of delivery.
